Dtour spa at motor city casino11/17/2023 A simple apology and calm tone would could have solved the problem. I cancelled the whole massage based off the customer service i received. (which i never did) I understand mistakes happen but its not what you say its how you say it. She then Became loud and said YOU SAID that you wanted to use your credit card. I advised her that she voided out the wrong one. She voided out the debit card charge (which i needed for her to void out the credit card charge since that shouldn’t have been used in the first place. She went to the back and then said she had voided out one of the charges. So at this point they have charged my debit card and credit card (which must have still been on file from years ago). I had to pull up my banking app to show her that it was. Megan advised me that my debit card was not charged. I advised her that I never said that and the lady who took my payment advised me that i did not have a card on file and took my payment via debit card. That i said that i wanted to use my card on file. She didn’t say anything to me but began to talk to the lady who took my payment. Another lady came from the back (which i think her name was Megan). She then said that I didn’t have a card on file (which was fine). Once i got there the lady at the front desk asked if i wanted to pay with the card on file. Tour spa until i experienced horrible customer service. I was so excited to celebrate my birthday at D.
